Fun to build and play with!

This set is a lot of fun to put together and play with. It comes in four separate pieces that are adjoined to the base plate, with separate bags for each part of the police station. It also comes with a police car and motorcycle, which are very cool. Two bad guy (criminals) minifigures are included with 5 police officer minifigures.

My 4-year-old daughter really likes this set and plays with it often. At times it has "fallen apart" but it takes me no more than 20 minutes to put together, barring a huge disaster. It also comes with two police dog figures which is different from most Lego sets. Overall I am happy with the set.
Hours and hours of relatively quiet playtime fun!

This is by far my son's favorite lego gift ever. It is quite a complete little world, with people, vehicles (including a helicopter), and a really cool police station. My son spent hours carefully assembling it, and played with it as a set for quite some time - at least 4 months.

Then eventually he took the whole thing apart and began making different structures. Yes it can be frustrating to me when pieces from an expensive set migrate into the big "black hole" Lego bin, but from the kids' perspective, it just gives them more creative options. The base for the police station has become half a dozen different buildings/environments, and the pieces - those that I recognize - have shown up in multi-generational space ships, fantastic housecars, and other various creations.

7 months after receiving this gift, my son is still playing with his legos almost every day.
Fun Set, and easy to assemble

Santa brought this for our 7 yr. old son. We were so happy to find that the pieces to this set, unlike other Lego sets we've worked on in the past, were well organized. Each section of the police station was labeled with pieces in their own bag, so we were able to put this together in blocks of time without having loose pieces to deal with. My son loves the set and it has a lot of cool details. Cute set.

The Lego City Police Station was a lot of fun for my daughter and me to put together. There are a lot of small pieces but that is the nature of Lego's.
Wonderful!

The kids loved it. Has some tinny pieces but it is capable to keep them thinking and creating for a while. Once it's completely finished, they had a lot of fun playing with it.
